We are in-network with a number of insurance plans.
If you don’t see your plan listed, please give us a call.
We make every effort to verify your insurance benefits before your first visit with us.
Most insurance companies and plans provide out of network benefits. Many insurance companies reimburse anywhere from 40%-80% of charges. All charges for therapy will go toward your out of network deductible if filed with your insurance company. We are in network with a few plans and we also offer Direct/Self Pay rates. Please contact the office for self pay visit and package rates.
