These sessions are not meant to treat an injury but to restore your body after an event that may have caused pain, stiffness, or soreness. Pain in muscles, tendons, or joints can be very distracting and limit your daily life or fitness routine. If an active lifestyle is your priority and pain or stiffness is keeping you from your daily movement or goals, then restorative treatment is for you. Restoration and recovery sessions do not require a referral from your doctor and are not covered by insurance.
